Roles and Responsibilities:
- Use various sourcing channels like job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to find and engage potential candidates.
- Assist in building and maintaining a talent pipeline for current and future hiring
- needs.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess basic skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Help manage a candidate database and keep candidates engaged with regular communication.
- Work with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the skills required for strategic roles.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure sourcing strategies align with business goals.
- Learn to use CRM and ATS tools to track and manage candidates through the recruitment process.
- Represent our company by communicating our mission, culture, and growth opportunities to inspire potential candidates.
- Support diversity and inclusion efforts in the sourcing process.
- Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and challenges to the recruitment team.

Basic Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- No prior experience required but an eagerness to learn and grow in talent sourcing is important.
- A basic understanding or interest in using job boards, social media, and professional networks to source candidates.
- Willingness to learn how to build and maintain long-term talent pipelines.
- Exposure to using CRM or ATS tools (like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday) is a plus, but not necessary. We will provide training.
- Interest in supporting diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to build relationships with candidates and internal teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI sourcing technologies (an added advantage, but not required).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly express ideas and interact with different teams.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Basic understanding of tracking and reporting on sourcing efforts (training will be provided).
