Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to engage potential candidates.
  • Manage and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct in-depth screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Oversee and optimize candidate database management and engagement strategies.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align sourcing strategies with company goals.
  • Leverage CRM and ATS tools to track and manage candidates efficiently.
  • Represent the company by communicating its mission, culture, and growth opportunities to potential hires.
  • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular reports on sourcing progress, challenges, and market trends.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Strong expertise in sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Proficiency in CRM and ATS tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI-driven sourcing technologies (an advantage, but not required).
  • Strong negotiation skills for offer management and candidate engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and lead recruitment initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.
