Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
- Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to engage potential candidates.
- Manage and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct in-depth screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Oversee and optimize candidate database management and engagement strategies.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define role requirements.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to align sourcing strategies with company goals.
- Leverage CRM and ATS tools to track and manage candidates efficiently.
- Represent the company by communicating its mission, culture, and growth opportunities to potential hires.
- Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives in the recruitment process.
- Provide regular reports on sourcing progress, challenges, and market trends.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM and ATS tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, or similar).
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-driven sourcing technologies (an advantage, but not required).
- Strong negotiation skills for offer management and candidate engagement.
- Ability to work independently and lead recruitment initiatives.
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.
